At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale or intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label or a QR code for easy drop-off at participating locations.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags in the original shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip inside the package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
